Recently moved to Southern Indiana, so I’m not familiar with the dining scene pre-2019. But what I have heard by locals is that this restaurant revolutionized the restaurant scene in New Albany when it opened. My first experience was a breakfast on a Sunday morning, fun buffet environment with hearty and flavorful waffle specialties. Second experience was to check out the basement ‘speakeasy’ - really a hidden gem that is quiet, candle-lit, and well-appointed. Third experience was for a dinner, where I was amazed to see the range of steak options- far more than expected and sirloin that I ordered was excellent. Great spot for date night or family/celebration dinner. Bar is separate from the restaurant and has a TV, and knowledgeable drink staff.

We just went there to celebrate my bfs bday. He loves a perfectly cooked stake and was really happy with it. But please do yourself a favor and order the tuna tartare, it is just awesome!

Over price for the quality of food served. Ordered omelets never came to table. Asked server where they might be , she went to check . When she returned she said they were running behind because of party downstairs. We had completed our meals and definitely ready to leave. The manager did give us 50% off the meal.

Sunday brunch is a must. Made to order waffles and omlettes. Fresh cooked breakfast and lunch items such as bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy and chicken strips, salmon, pork chops. Along with fresh fruit, salad and desserts just to name a few options on the buffet. Quality food in a quantity setting that rotate each weekend. From a price point it is higher then average but what you get for that price is well worth it.

This is a place where you go for that special occasion dinner that won't obliterate your bank account. The food is amazing and always fresh. I had the Angus ribeye, which was phenomenal, but I have to admit I was getting a little meal jealous of my son's chicken strips and fries. (He shared a few fries, They were amazing.) Definitely worth the visit here.
